Player agrees to indemnify Criminal-Insanity against liability for any and all use of Player’s account. The game allows Player to send messages to other player or post messages on bulletin board; therefore, Player’s conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. Player will not use the service to send chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or distribution lists to any Player, player, admin or other at any time.

Suburban Nightmare reserves the right to terminate any account at any time with absolutely no reason. All accounts created are property of Suburban Nightmare.
